Please don't drunk driving!

In our country,almost everyday you may see some news about drunk driving,though there have law to limit this kind of cases,but still can not stop it.each year many people killed by drunk driving. why these cases always happening?i think there exist two important reasons,one is the wine culture of china,when some one go to the party and met his good friends,they always drink some white wine,if some one do not drink more,their friends will think their friendship are not deep enough,also they unhappy about that.another reason i think it's very important,i think the goverment must be make a strict law to limit that kind of case happen.i mean dont just fine somebody or keep comfiscation license,but it should enlist in torture. my friend,have you drunk driving before?
