Is it Webeserve going to be scam

Hi,
nowadays this site is taking long time to load. This will happen only if the site is going to run scam. What do you feel. Is there anyone who got the payment from them.

even i didn't get payment from this site .. but may be this site is taking long time to load just because of their server problem ..

That wold be fine because I got so many referrals in webeserve and I am earning more from affiliates than doing tasks. Not too much money just 1 or 2 cents. It may increase when I continue using it. So I am much worried if it goes scam. That's why I raised question.

Hey. Even their banners are not working. I have added 1 banner in my profile which is not working now.
