If this is so, there are an awful lot of people on meds. I think they are good provided you do not abuse it and take it as directed. With all the things going on in the world right now, i can believe it. Do you have to take something for your nerves? I'm thinking about trying to get something, i am very anxious lately.

I don't think that all those nasty chemicals are necessary. And clearly if there are so many people on them (who have to take them forever), then clearly, there is a problem. These pills don't take away the problem, just the symptom. They are not good for your body, even if you take them exactly as directed. I'd rather get to the root of my anxieties and take the natural route for the symptoms.

I agree. I wonder what some remedies are in other countries instead of all these chemicals polluting our bodies?

hmm.. alarming indeed. People do not spend enough time to relax. Their life is like a non stop timetable which goes on. it would b advisable to stop and think of what life is actually for- to enjoy or to worry. There is a saying in hindi which means worry is the burning pyre of life. so stop worrying and be happy. life is already planned, so why bother carrying suitcases inside a train or locomotive as you call it. leave it to fate and God. taking pills will increase sideeffects and lead to other complications.

You are correct. People in the US never relax. Its work all the time and worry about the bills, mortgage, high price of food, etc. We need more quality time to relax like other countries do.
