what is the main use of pappaya?

few telling we should not eat it while pregnant...few telling we should eat it ...it is hot...it i s good for constipation problems...which one true??

I don't eat papaya but in our home we usually put in cooking nilaga (a kind of viand).And your right,they say that it is good for constipation problem.
