Can Mylotters Be Facebook friends? :))

I think I would only add someone to Facebook if I knew a lot about them first. Almost everyone has their last name, location, school location, job location, etc. on Facebook so I'd have to really trust the person. That's a lot of info to just give out to people you meet on the internet. Even if you specifically don't give out your information, they could easily find it by your friends on there. I'm sure everyone has friends on there that give out their location and last name. It's so easy to find out things about people and almost scary! Please be careful.

I agree with you. I kinda do facebook if i met the person by person or in real life. Other wise if i can, just make another facebook for mylotter friends to add me. I don't mix mylot friends with my real facebook. I have other nosy people who would ask me, why did you add him or her, who is that? are they from work? So yeah, I'd be careful adding people on facebook to those who are from mylot or anywhere.
If that's the case i'd have to make another separate account. lol.
So i don't think i'm ready yet to give my real facebook to people here in mylot..unless i give out my alternate one.
I don't think facebook allows to create too many accounts.
So yeah..becareful

Nice to meet you two! I agree with what both of what you're saying. Online friends some are ok, good and there are those who need to stay distant!
Well, I guess it's not yet time for all to be welcome to Facebook COZZZ I believed we ADDED more real friends in life in Facebook. So....
I'll just stick with it this way for now. :)

I don't know about all your friends being on FaceBook, but the odds of a good amount of them are. I never looked or asked any of my MyLot friends if they are on FaceBook. But if they are and want to connect with me on there, then I am more then willing to welcome them. If you're on FaceBook, I will connect with you there. Just let me know.

i think the best doing is making a group and collect all of us for meeting again in Facebook..
it`s more simple than add them one by one..
just inform that there are mylot groups in facebook and offcourse it can attract many of mylot user join in the group

I see Facebook as a huge invasion of privacy! I know I am now going to be considered a second classed citizen by saying this but I will never join Facebook. If you want to contact me, come here to My Lot.
