Okay as most of you know that I had lost my job and have been doing waht I can from home for quite a while. Well a friend of mine called me last week and so I went to an interview where she works and the owner really wanted to hire me. But some lady gave me her # and said to call the next day and I told my friend and she said that b don't have any control over who to hire or fire. So I called and asked who she told me to ask for but could not get through. So she called me today and said I told you I would call you and we made our decsision in shakiness of the 2 people we hired but don't give up and if you don't hear from me by the 7th give us a call? What does that mean? I felt like saying whatever B!! HE HE HE L.O.L. B please! Why act like you were going to hire me that day then turn around and say s...t like that? Their loss not mine!!

This happens quite normally when there is so much unemployment and so much of competition for plum jobs. I am sure you would have made the grade in your interview but sometimes the jobs cannot be offered straight away. Quite often there is some behind the stage act. Candidates coming with lot of weight, you know what I mean. So the final decision to pick up a candidate remains not entirely on merit. Never mind, better luck next time.

Good grief do you really want to work with a bunch a backstabbing people. They couldn't even wait until you were hired to give you the run around. Well if you get the job, I wish you the best of luck. Best Wishes!

Yea I know right? I think that was kind of cruel and stupid and they wasted my time and I do not want to be second choice and I really hope whoever they hired walks out on the first day!He he he That would serve them right!

I've been to a lot of interviews.
I'm always on the lookout for the 'next better job', so I'm always applying, and going for interviews. And I've seen this quite a few times. When they act as if they were going to hire me, and then after I leave their door, I don't here from them. And when I do get the word, it isn't positive.
It used to affect me so much, now I just shrug it off.
I'm sure there'll be more opportunities out there for you!
