Yesterday my friend looters I began a routine of exercises that make today live a nightmare, I can't walk well because my legs hurt, I can't laugh because my stomach hurt, I cn't put my arms up because they hurt a lot.
I want to continue today but it hurt a lot.
But I am decided to loose 30 pounds and I will continue working on that, because not only for my pounds but for my health, here I have some reasons of why to o exercises:
Exercise is Good for Your Ticker
Aerobic exercise increases the heart’s pumping power, which gets more nutrient-rich, oxygenated blood to your entire body. It also improves blood flow and circulation, and can help reduce blood pressure and elevated heart rates.
Aerobic exercises include walking, jogging, running, bicycling, swimming, or playing sports for a good 30 minutes or so. Vary your activities so you don’t get bored, and your heart will thank you.
Exercise Reduces Stress & Anxiety
We all have to deal with stress, and anxiety can follow closely behind. But if you get rid of your stress in a constructive way, you’re stopping the chain reaction before it can start.
Hitting the gym, basketball court and walking or running outside can help you de-stress. Exercise removes built up tension and gives your body the energy outlet it needs to put that stress to good use.
Exercise Increases Bone Density
Drinking your milk or eating calcium-rich foods isn’t the only way to get strong bones. High-impact exercises, like running, also builds better bones. As your muscles contract, they pull on tendons that are attached to your bones. This tugging action actually stimulates re-mineralization of your bones. And this directly equates to stronger bones.
Exercise Helps You Sleep Better
At the end of a long, hard day, what’s the first thing you think of? Falling right into bed is on the top of my list!
If you’re having trouble falling asleep at night, it’s probably because you’re not using up enough energy during the day. You should exercise at least 30 minutes every day to give your body a reason to need sleep.
This is especially true if you’re sedentary or sit at a desk all day long. After exercising, you’ll get a restful 7-8 hours of sleep and you’ll be ready to take on the world!
Wow all of these information I think I will never stop of working out, we have to take this like part of our life, like never go to sleep without having at least 15 minutes of cardio. In this link you will find more reason of why to do exercises.
I hope this help you all my lotter friends.

Wow, this is an exhaustive list and very valid, yes, there are so many reasons why we should exercise regularly, but it doesn't get promoted very well - they should tell us more at school, through the media, because not everyone is aware of this as a fact. I personally did not know that we should be doing daily exercise regularly until 30, and by that time I would have lost all that time to build up my body...

Sounds like you overdid it. Start out easy if you are just beginning an exercise regimen. You have to slowly condition your body/muscles and work to a higher intensity. I always like to feel the soreness, because it is a good indicator I worked the right muscles.
Muscles need 48 - 72 hours to recover, so never work the same group two days in row. Maybe upper body one day, lower the next.
Exercise is definitely the best thing to maintaining health and not only that, it is good for releasing endorphins -- those natural feel-good substances produced by our bodies. Get high on exercise!
I agree, there are a million reasons why exercise is good for you. You just have to DO IT and keep doing it.
