I want to work in a BPO please suggest me ?

Hi Sahyd2don! I currently work in a bpo and I can give you some tips on how to improve your voice. First of all, there will be trainings when you get hired. Trainers will actually correct your pronunciation and will help you speak smoothly. Add twangs to your words. Example: books = should be pronounced like beks. Not really as in the "e" sound but instead of stressing on the "oo", you can cut it with a twang. Another example is the word: label = instead of stressing on the "e", you can say it like leybl and not leybel. You can also find tutorials in youtube. There are several tips out there. Working in a bpo is fun. The stress is not so much (depending on your account) and the pay is really really good. Downside is you work during the nighttime. Hope I helped even a little! :)
