What a poor service they have!!!

We were having a problem with our telephone and internet connection at the office for almost 2 weeks. In the first week we just bare with it since we were really busy with the training we had. Bearing the agony without telephone and internet for two weeks was so too much. But the very thing which made me mad about it was that, I went in their establishment daily. They already told that a technician will be sent that day to repair it, but no one arrive in the following day and the following day. And this was not the first time it happened. It's every time I want to request for repair that will be the safest answer they will give. No assurance of having what you want , when or how? What if I came from a farther place wont they consider that thing too? They should have done better way to solve the problem not just by telling their subscribers to return the other day if the technician will not come. And I also remember they called me through mobile, and because I wasn't able to answer it they cancelled the repair because of that. Would you be happy to know for that reason it was cancelled, is that good enough? They're giving too much problem and hassle to their subscribers.grrrr.. I wish these customer's representative of Globe will think wiser than the usual... Have you experience good or bad with you're local telecommunication services in your areas too? Do you think that their service representatives are way way better than the service representatives that I encountered?

I haven't experienced that. My friend also told me about that. They were having problems the same problems as well. First, I think it was only the telephone and then next, the internet connection was having problems as well. After that, my friend had problems with his cellphone. After he bought it for a few days, the cellphone started to have problems as well. I don't know with that. Maybe they have really bad service. As for our internet connection here at home, it's not the same as yours. There was a time when I was having problems, so I called them to ask if what was wrong and on that day, my connection was immediately fixed.

That's way better dearwater, cause they solved your problem in just a call, you don't have to follow on and on. An applause for your representatives.

Shame on now they left a business this way as I am sure it interrupted business for you all. I did have a problem with our internet early this year, where someone in our building connected theirs and their technician accidentally cut our off in the process. It happened at the same time of a major snow storm so that added to wait as well. Although the technicians and representatives were bombarded with a lot of emergencies, we made to wait a full 11 days before they finally got to our repair. None of the representative spoke to each other and or kept notes on the account where each time I called it was like a new issue. Grrr. It was a nightmare but since we are not allowed to use a different service in my building we have to grin and bear the issues.

Oh so it's not just the customer service representatives here in our country, any where in the globe we will encounter people like them. Why can't this people endorse their job well to the people who will replace them so that if someone will follow up for the same problem they will be in line with the problem and what to do next...
