Instead of taking Allupurinol for my aching joints, I tried taking in 1 tsp of Turmeric powder mixed with half glass of water after meals for 2 days. It was amazing...the swelling on my knee joint was gone.
I now also take in crushed garlic to maintain normal blood pressure. So far, so good. What have you tried that you've proven effective?

Yes, I have been using now natural remedies. All chemically processed foods and or medicine has bad effects in our health. Though medicines are more for exact reason to a particular ailment.
Natural remedies and some organic remedies are actually supplemental and preventive in nature. But this are effective in its from.
However, certain ailments with some aggravating symptoms should be seen by a medical professional because sometimes, self medicating can bring more harm than good as thought.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I have the joint aching problem some times. And, I take Allupurinol too. I will try turmeric powder as you did. One way which has helped me with the aching prblem is meditation. Since I started sitting meditation, I feel much relieved of the joint aches.

I just wonder if turmeric and ginger are the same? And I don't know that allupurinol is for a joint problem. I have been taking this medicine for quite some time as per my doctor together with tablet for my high blood pressure and not to cure an aching joint.
