I am finding it hard to make friends on twitter

Most of people don't reply but don't worry, there are those who does, what's your name I'll follow you. I'm a replier. I receive replies as well, try subjects that really get into you, things that you really love. For example I was talking about Lord of the Rings other day and I made like 3 friends just by replying to them, cause we were all in love to Lotr for example.

I have a very good friend in twitter who talks to me almost every single day. He's from Puerto Rico and we only met in twitter and i don't even know exactly how he started following me. We just enjoy having our day to day conversation. I have other friends there whom i talk to but not on a daily basis but they still do respond to him. I like twitter and spend more time there than facebook.

Are you sure? I am thinking of different way since I get more friends from twitter than any other social networking like facebook for example. On facebook, we tend to search friends whom already known by us, but on twitter if we have good attitude and tweeting something that interesting and you also able to show good in your niche then followers will come easily, they will re-tweet and mention you at any time.. I found many interesting tweets from doctor,health consultant, law consultant etc.. who willing to help us for free as long as your retweet and mention them properly..

I am on twitter but not a very big fan. The only reason why I am there is to follow my favourite celebrities and read what's going on hehe! I don't really care if people reply to my tweets.

Keep tweeting you will get a lot of followers. I gain followers everyday because I do tweet a lot. Just keep trying you will do well.

Building a relationship takes time. In fact, you need to take time to respond to what they tweet for some time before they notice you. For twitter-idiots like me, I did not even know that it was possible to respond to a tweet, only until recently. As I guess you can't blame me if I did not respond to you... *just kidding* Anyway, I guess there are more people who are interested in getting their thoughts out rather than reading other people's thought. The thrill of knowing many people will read your tweet is more fun. I also select a few people I follow and read their tweets on a regular basis, but I do not read all tweets.
