I have these very weird condition regarding to my palms and soles. Everyday, I am experiencing we wet palms and soles due to over flowing sweat. It is maybe because of a hyperactive sweat glands. It is kind a annoying and disturbing to me but I cannot get away from this. I went to a doctor and she tod me that its okey, all I just need to do is to drink a lot of Water to replace the losses. But then it is no longer normal, every time I write on a paper, I am not yet finish but it looks like a trash already because of the sweat. It is also annoying to have some shake-hands with new people I met. How can I get away from this? I need help. Thank you

It is called hyperhydrosis and a condition that is common for some. There are several ways to get around this which include:
"Topical medications. These include over-the-counter and prescription antiperspirants."
"Iontophoresis. A battery-powered device delivers a low current of electricity to the hands or feet, and sometimes the armpits, through water-saturated wool pads."
"Oral medications. These may include medicines that block nerve impulses to sweat glands, inhibit sweating or reduce sweat output. A antidepressant or anti-anxiety medicine is sometimes prescribed."
"Botox. Botox (onabotulinumtoxinA) temporarily blocks the nerves that trigger your sweat glands."
You can read where I got this from here:

If you doctor does not feel it is a problem then I would either research for more naturals ways of getting rid of it and or perhaps another opinion from a different doctor if it is way too intense. I find that the deodorant method can be helpful, but also keep in mind it can dry the hands a bit too much, so be sure that at night when you go to bed that you use some lotion to the hands and feet.
Best of luck and I do know a guy who does suffer terribly from this which makes him very uncomfortable around others.

Maybe your hands are palsied. You can soak your hands in a warm water with salt in it. This was my mom use to tell me when I was young, but mine is soles; it is not sweaty anymore.
You can always hold a clean handkerchief whenever you go, so you may wipe that excess sweat. Do not wash your hand if it's tired from working; finish your writing or doing household chores. Let your hands take a rest in a minute before you wash it.

Try the strongest antiperspirant you can buy in the store, rub it on your hands and feed. I do not know if there is medicine to take for it. It is uncomfortable, and embarrassing, but I do not think it is a health problem.

Some people says that this may happen because of low hypertension.. Just check this once with your doctor.I too have this problem but not so severe like yours. As your doctor said have more water to compensate the water loss from your body..

Maybe your sweat glands are hyperactive. You should drink lots of water to rehydrate yourself. I think there's a perspirant for the hands available in the stores. I know of someone who's also in the same condition as you are. She told me that she uses a perspirant frequently. She brings it to her everywhere she goes.
