I really don't know why people smoke? I think there are no benefits that can be derived on smoking. I had heard on the news that lot of people died because of several diseases caused my smoking; but still, many people smoke.

Smoking is horrible.. I think for a lot of us we start smoking as teenagers just to see what its like and we think we look cool doing it and before we know it we are addicted to it. I quit smoking many years ago however my husband is having a hard time quitting the habit

Smoking is really a bad habit. I, myself don't smoke as I'm aware that it will seriously affect our health. It slowly weaken our lungs. But we cannot control any body. I have some friends tried to quit but as per them its really a hard habit to break. Hope they should try harder as this is also for their own good.

Quitting smoking is really a hard task. It takes a lot of discipline and courage in order to do that so. We, yes! It is a must to try harder and must stop smoking immediately in order to avoid serious diseases after all. We must protect our lives because because we can live once only here on earth.
