Men on Tear Jerking Movies

My hubby has never gotten teary eye in any movie. My brother on the other hand has gotten teary eye on a few movies, such as the Notebook, Dear John and my favorite of all times the Titanic. I actually laughed when I saw him with tears, he's suppose to be all macho man and tough, I guess he actually does have a soft and gentle side after all.

The only movie that has made me cry up to this point is "A Walk TO Remember". It grabbed my heart the whole movie and made me feel what it was trying to convey without any effort.

The movie that made me cry was Edward Scissorhands. It was such a tragic love story. I still can't get over that ending. Why can't Edward and Kim be together forever? The scene that hit me most was the old Kim telling his grand daughter about Edward and her grand daughter asked her why she didn't return to Edward. She answered she does not want Edward to see her as an old woman. She wants him to remember her as she was when she was young and she knows Edward is still there in the old house because of the snow originating from the house. Then we see Edward sculpting a young Kim made of ice and that is the reason why snow is coming out it.

Hachiko...a dog's tale(2009)even those who has a heart of stone will definitely be left teary eyed watching this heartbreaking movie....
