? about alert pay

I got this message while trying to withdrawal
We apologize, but withdrawals by bank transfer to United States are not supported.
So I guess they changed that? since I was able to do that a couple of weeks ago. How do you guys request your money? There is a check option but the fee says FREE and then when I click on it, it says $4 which is outrageous.

Alertpay is encountering problems with their bank partners that's why some withdrawal options are not accessible to most members. To some other countries, bank wire is the only option even.
