Well, here we go again. Recently, I started doing some pushups all over again, mainly due to what the doctor told me. He said, sir you appear to have an elevated blood pressure. Of course I argued with him that my blood pressure was normal. When I got home that day, I checked my pressure, while being relaxed and under no pressure, etc. It turns out that it was very little over normal, so I thought to myself, we just can't have that.
This is why I'm doing pushups every morning again.

I hate doing push ups by myself because I can't motivate my self to do nearly as many as I can in public. I hate running no matter what though.

I like doing push ups by myself and right now I am working my way up to making 150 push ups every morning.
You are absolutely right on the running part, I don't like to run either. Not since I hurt my knee anyway. I lived in a place where I could just go out my back door and start running. I used to run about 15 miles every day until I tried running Full Speed for about a mile. Guess what, I felt my knee with excruciating pain about half a mile of starting.
Needless to say I haven't run since.
Thanks
