I have a huge crystal Wexford punch bowl. It is about twice the size of the standard punch bowl. Currently I have no where to store this, and I really do not want to part with it. Does anyone have any creative ideas for other ways I can use this other than as just a punch bowl?
Thanks!!

I had a huge bowl ...have a huge bowl, similar to a punch bowl...I have used it for lot of things. I have filled it with tortilla chips for family gatherings, filled it with cookies, filled it with solid colored christmas ornaments, filled it with tinsel garland, made a teraium in it, had my sand crabs in it for a brief time, filled it with sea shells, and currently it is on the top shelf of a closet waiting for an idea. I want to do the teraium again, as I don't have large family functions anymore and don't have the inclination to decorate much for christmas anymore.

I just used this same bowl and made a indoor terrium in it. Nice little green plants, some little decorative rocks, and figurine and even put tiny little ceramic animals in it! Turned out great!

How about sitting it in the middle of a table and fill it with something fun...on a dining room table...how about lemons.....on a coffee table...pine cones or something else that smells really good...they also show them sometimes with balls of yarn or balls made of branches of some sort that you can buy in stores...they are very cool and sophicated!

I was thinking about finding a place for it and filling it up with different seasonal things. Right now it's sitting on my dining table - empty! :) I hadn't thought about the yarn or rag balls! I had thought about lemons, but this bowl is soooo big!! I agree - pine cones would be nice for the upcoming season! Thanks!

Well, it's an interesting idea. And thanks for that. But I don't think you could get a good view of the fish through the cut crystal. :)
