Everybody can improve their mental health within 5 minutes.Green exercise is one of the body activity with the presence of nature.simply walk on garden,5 minutes exercise in park or any natural places.These all activities will increase your mental health and self esteem.From this statement you can understand the relation of nature on human mental health.

I think it is a nice idea.Talking a walk can really relax our mind and body.It can also help to relieve from stress for a while.
