hello..i precisely agree with you.having posite perception in anything will definately yield good personality.we also need to cotrol our emotions by practising Emotional Intelligence.....it will make us to perceive things in a positive manner.

Well I must agree. In the real world, we need to balance both intelligence and character. In fact there are times that how you treat other people weighs more than what you know. A story was shared to us by our professor. There are two applicants, one is undeniably smart. He graduated at top of his whole batch. He has infinite ideas that could help the company to prosper. The problem is, he is arrogant. He is mister-know-it-all and is not open with other's opinions. He is grumpy and seems to hate the world. However, the second applicant has an average IQ. He is not too smart but is willing to learn. He is kindhearted and has an enthusiastic aura around him. Guess who gets the job. Of course its the second applicant. In the real world, what you know is just a bonus. What is important for most of the companies is how you carry yourself and how you treat your workmates.

yes ,you are right,attitute is very important,some times it is not what to do ,it is just what we will do and whether we are willing to ,many people lives under a heavy pressure ,they work,study and learn ,only we keep our attitude right,there is noting can let us down ....

hello, yeah, that is true but sometimes people are judging you. So, all you have to do is to ignore them because in that way no one will hurt. right? You have to treat them right and they will treat you right as well. You need to be friendly and not be an insecure.
