Warning from Gmail

Today i opened my account and i got a warning. It is said that "Warning: We believe your account was recently accessed from: Colombia (190.253.245.241)show detail or ignore". is that true? Have you had this experience before? and what shoul i do? thanks for your respons....

What I would do that the others advised is that I would immediately change the password, then I would forward that message to support. Let them take a look and check out the validity to it. I would not respond to the message at all as this could potentially just be a key logger type of email where they then can take control of your activity with all typing you do on your computer. With the hopes of capturing ID and passwords, so be careful.

I have had that problem once. It would probably be best just to change your password. It may or may not be true, but if they think it could be, then you should probably take action.
