Go to the doctor, the actions you have to do. Because, only a doctor who knows, the right medicine for you. By continuing fear, and do not go to the doctor, will aggravate the situation. Do something for yourself, as long as you are able to do.

I understand you are living with alot of stress. That can actually make you ill. please try to relieve your stress too. Try to get the mental attitude that you dont care about your husband. Like he is just a roommate. Still do go to the doctor. I pray the best for you.

I appreciate the fact that you are feeling afraid of medical results but the longer you wait to see a doctor the more chance your illness may get worse. It is important to remember that lives have been saved by early detection of sickness. I urge you to go as soon as possible. Can a friend take you if your husband is at work?

Hi Indah,
if you are not going to see the doctor, then you never know what happen in your body.
i also feel the same way with you right now. but i push my self to not sleep and still work.
or if you are afraid maybe you just need to go to a gym to make our body fit again

Hi indahfth please don't be afraid to go to the doctor. It's good that you will know about your illness whether slight or serious. I happened to me before. I had several symptoms of illnesses but I was afraid to have a check because I feared knowing the results. I went to the doctor when the pain was already unbearable. I spent much on that. I was told by the doctor if I had it earlier, I will spend only less. So I suggest that you go immediately to your doctor. Hope by this time you already have the courage to do so.

Sounds like you need to see a doctor and be examined and make sure everything is OK. Have them do some random Blood work and check to see if you are anemic, or Diabetic. Being tired is something that I deal with a lot especially if my Blood Sugar is higher and then I know I need to do something to get it down. Also being tired all the time when standing could be diabetes or something like that too which if treated right you will often notice more energy etc. coming back as well.

hi indahfth,
the earlier you go to a doctor to have you diagnosed, the better. call a relative if your husband cannot attend to you. am sure a brother or a sister will be very willing.
but aint husbands supposed to take care of wives? i guess you should be priority rather than work - it is just a day anyways. i guess that isnt much to ask.

You need to see a doctor before it get worst.
As we grow older we felt a lot of pain esp us women since after giving birth we lost a lot of energy.
I hope you will be fine soon, but you really need to see a doctor to ensure your health.

It is unavoidable, even though you don't want to face the fact that you are ill, or probably some serious problem related to your health that bothers you. I hope that take a courage to see a doctor, and let him/her examine your body thoroughly, so you will get well soon. Good luck!

Yes my dear friend it is always scary and frightening to think about that maybe we could have some type of serious illness. But the best thing is to always go and get the examination and or testing as soon as we begin to feel the pains.
Often times there are remedies that can stop illnesses if we go with time to get it looked after. Hopefully it is not anything serious but think that if you wait too long then it might get worse.
Think positively and do get it looked at as maybe it is just something simple and nothing really serious. You will not know unless you do see a doctor, good luck my friend and I shall say a prayer and hopefully it is nothing to worry about and something that can easily be remedied.

Don't worry, indahfth. Just take easy and go to see the doctor, the result will be much better than what you think. You might be under stress these days. So my suggetion is if you want to sleep, just sleep. You will feel better after you have enough rest. Good luck to you.

Go to the doctor. You are making yourself sicker by your fears. Worrying about it won't make it go away. If you do have a serious illness, you can get treated, and the sooner you start treatment, the better your chances are for a cure. Probably, though, whatever you have is something minor that the doctor can take care of right away.

Get a hold on yourself. If what you have is serious the sooner you find out the better chance you have of cure. You are way past the time of thinking, if I just do nothing it will go away. You are smart, use your head. Blessing

I'm afraid to go to the doctor too. So I try to keep a healthy diet and exercise well so that I can avoid it! Sometimes we can feel very weak at times and I think we just need some rest. But when I get really worried, I will go to the doctor so that I can reassure myself that it was nothing.

You don't need a doctor. You need exercises. You need fruits, vitamin, vegetable. Make sure what you eat them. Don't forget water, drink as much as you can. Then, you will be fine, okay. I hope you will feel better soonest. Have A Nice Day.

Don't let fear stop you from going to the doctor. If you have something wrong it is better to know and do something about it than to ignore your symptoms out of fear. Think of it this way. If it were your child, would you ignore their symptoms or see that your child got help? Treat yourself as well as you would your child. It's not good to bury your head in the sand to ignore what is happening with your body.

finding out about a serious illness is also the one that keeps me away from dcotors. Although this is always not a good excuse, sometimes we should try to feel whether these pain we have in our body can be eased out by tablets or not. If these continues I feel you have to go to the doctor. It's better you know it now that regret it later. I am sure it is not serious but you have to know from the doctor the right medicines for that.
