Feeling Scammed!

So I am fairly new to the idea of making money online but I have actually received some payouts from different sites so I believed it to be promising, I have spent at least a few hours a day on ptc and survey sites trying to make a few extra dollars. Just to be clear I am not looking to get rich nor do I have a misguided thought that I will make money overnight but so here is the situation, I spent the last few weeks on this site called nuebux its a ptc site, I finally reach the minimum payout of a measly $2.00 and go to request payment and my payment is denied. I get an error message that says your maximum payment on your membership is 150% of your investment since your current investment is 0.00 the maximum you can request is 0.00! I tried to make the best of the situation and converted my earnings to my purchase balance and posted an ad for a site I know does pay hoping to maybe at least get some referrals out of the deal but even thought it was only $2.00 I can't help but feel scammed and very discouraged tonight.
