DIY? What;s this? I came across this word on a blog and I searched and now I know. It means Do It Yourself. I feel so stupid, but honestly I didnt know. SO i have considered this word my word for the day. I searched more then I saw sites that made me excited, like do it yourself cards, halloween decorations, cute crafts with crayons and the list goes on and on and I wanted to do them all LOL. Its the shiny syndrome, it hit me, I wanted to do a lot with so little time. How about you have you tried diy in the internet

I used to do DIY things on the internet when I was in high school. :) I used to make my own earrings and sell three pairs for seven bucks each on a blog I had. I loved making jewelry. It's been so long now though that I bet I even forget how! I had a lot of business from it though. I also ran a graphics business for awhile, three graphics for ten bucks. That took off pretty awesome too!

I have not searched DIY too much, because I have lots of books that tell me how to do almost everything myself. I like what you said, It is the "shiny syndrome". The really fun thing is when you find that you have everything on hand and you can get busy and do a project right this very minute and you do not have to wait.

I'm always doing it myself, except for things I can't do - like replace a blown fuse in the fuse box! I am always crafting something

Oh I like diy. I made some exotic vegetarian salads myself for a long time. In fact, for about a year or so, in spite of doing a day job, I took to this passion and treated my people to some very tasty salads. But let me tell you, it takes a lot of time. Time to pick fresh stuff every day, pick the greens, rinse & clean them, dry them and then cut the other vegetables after fully cleaned, blanch them if required and the actual process of mixing them all with the varied dressing types. I have posted a collection on my blog. I had thought that would be my blog's topic but I later adopted a different theme, though. I have many other chores at home that are diy for me!

I like DIY. I like cooking and I make a DIY cooking blog online to share my receipts with others. I also like painting and I bought a DIY painting picture. After finishing it, I felt like to be a great painter:) Unfortunately I don't know how to sew or knot. I love China
