Diwali , fireworks, here is the other part of story

In my discussion: http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/2592532.aspx?p=0 I discussed about this festival, tonight we will be observing the real BIG diwali with lot of fireworks, crackers etc. There will be mishaps due to negligence in use of fireworks, the fire brigade, the hospitals are alert. But accidents have started already, there are tons of temporary stalls in the city who sell the stuff, these shops have no license, I asked one, he said the police come takes tips daily in the evening; this is much cheaper than getting a license because of so many formalities. This morning one such shop near my home caught fire, it spread to the cloth shops on the street and caused so much damage.
