I also experiencing that,
and the only way i did is to have a payphone 5 Philippine Pesos for 5 minutes call (local only) but the sales that i got can't still pay the bills....
even electricity power bills are very high...
that's the reason why if having any chances, shift those CRT to LCD to lessen power consumption.....

Many of my friends pay their bill by direct debit and so their money goes out monthly. I don't wish to do that so I pay my bills by the quarter, that is every three months. I have an electricity, a gas and a phone bill in that way. I like to pay my water bill twice yearly, in May and in October. However I am thinking of beginning to pay that monthly by direct debit. It is so very much money so it is always a struggle to pay it.

Oh guess bills are what we have to live with whether we like it or not, it's like taxes, although borrowing money might give temporary relief, at times it might not be the wisest thing to do cause you get into a situation they call " a debt to pay off another debt"
If there is one thing I do,I don't treat it simply as a bill but I break it down to smaller and simpler details, like in the case of an electric bill, I identify what I really need and what I could get pass without. Training members of the family how to save might also help. After I devise a plan or analysis. I set aside an amount on a daily basis, it's the average bill divided by 30 days and I keep a disciplined effort to stick to it.
I've seen a lot of people, even friends complaining about bills but don't mind smoking, drinking, eating out too much or throwing lavish parties, good luck to you and hope you get your bill problems solved

I think right now a lot of people are struggling to pay their bills. It is good that you have someone to be able to loan you money to help with them. Some people have no possible help, end up without electric or worst without even a home. Hopefully things will turn around soon for everyone! And yes the bills are endless.
