Relaxing whenever possible

I try to relax whenever I have a chance. Lately, I have been very busy whenever I have some time off from work. We have been building some items around the place like a covered deck, a room, some bathrooms for guests, etc. This doesn't leave much time for me to relax.
And to top it off some of my relatives and my wife's relatives have been getting ill and winding up in the hospital leaving us with LESS time for relaxation. What is a person to do to find time for one's self? We do our best to spread ourselves out as best we can.

I get to relax whenever I come home from school and work, but only when we do little stuff in the apartments (my dad owns them) or outside our house. I go to work in the morning and school in the night times but I have chance to relax in the middle, after I come home from work and before I go to school. Its enough for me to relax, plus I still have a little after coming back from school. Now, the toughest time for me to relax is when we buy a house to remodel (its part of our business, so basically when we start working on our business), we have go to work and come home in the night times where right after coming home, I have to shower (sometimes, I don't even have time to shower) and head to school. The only times, in this case, I get to relax is at night times and weekends.

That is so true, it's so hard to find time to relax these days. It's like we are required to be doing something all of the time. I find taking short naps to be quite helpful during times like these. Taking short breaks from time to time helps keep me going until late at night when there are still stuffs to be finished to meet deadlines
