Do you give your kids vitamins?

Both of my teen boys take a Teen Source Multi-Vitamin each day. I think it is important especially when they don't get all their vitamins from the foods they each day.

Yeah my daughter doesn't always eat well so I give her a vitamin. Thank you for your reply :)

hehe I tried the gummy vitamins with my daughter and she wouldn't eat them cuz they were to squisy..lol. so I got her the flintstone ones. Thank you for your reply :)

I give Celene everyday. Sometimes, Apebon if there's a lack of appetite.

No. I don't see any need for that. If I feed them properly, why would they need vitamins as well?

I give my kids Flintstone vitamins as well! My daughter doesn't eat very well. So I think this is best for her health.

Yes the same with my daughter she doesnt eat well either. I mean she loves vegetables and fruits but doesnt have a big appetite so I give here the vitamin just to be safe. Thank you for your reply :)
