The Triond Forum has been Closed! Yay!

I can't remember the last time I was on Triond, actually...

I'm not triond user, but i'm curious weather this is temporarily or permanent? because i think every crowdsourcing site need to have a forum for their member to share their experience. Spammers should be banned but if someone is unhappy with the site and express it in the forum, they shouldn't banned them, they just sharing their experience. In the past i've experience when i want to join some crowdsorcing site then i've read in their forum and see many users was unhappy with the site, then after a while the site is gone because the crowd is not interested in them anymore, so a forum can be a tool for people who want to join the site to see what other experienced member have to say about the site....

Hi Reviewmemedia, I think Triond has failed to moderate the forum, that is why it becomes so full of nonsense. If an employee is tasked to moderate the forum, it will be a very good place for new writers to learn from more experienced ones. Funny to think of a writing site without a forum!

I guess the trolls did achieve their objective. They finally made the forum at Triond to shut down. I think Triond had the worst forum ever. I don't know why the admin didn't try to moderate it right from the beginning. Once the trolls took over, that's it. Nothing Triond can do to regain the dignity of the forum. I'm glad it's closed too. It's such a disgrace to the Triond community.

LOL, that's the beauty of Triond, instead of catching the mice, they decided to burn down the granary! I think it's better if trolls are kicked out, set the forum in a good moderation and let people discussing things. Now they're spamming Triond blog, will they shut the blog down too? Let's see...

I registered there also , but after a try , i din't pursue anymore . So it's closed already .

That's great to hear! It's so sad when forums are run over by trolls and spammers. I was once on a forum that I loved until it was taken over. Even the mods were friends with the trolls. I'm just glad MyLot isn't like that....*Knock on wood.*
