good day fellow mylotters,
it was early morning today that i have felt dizziness. that when i attempt to open my eyes, its like i was riding in a roller coaster where i feel like spinning. as a result, i cannot get up from bed. i really hate this feeling as this dizziness arise when i had a vertigo last year. that, indeed it is so difficult to deal with especially if you are currently experiencing it.

That's chronic vertigo you are experiencing. I think you need to seek medical advice about it because it is quite dangerous experiencing something like that, it may cause you to fall or stumble while walking if vertigo attacks you it is possible too that it can cause you accident especially if you are driving a car and suddenly get dizzy. Do you have any idea why you have vertigo? Maybe you experienced some head trauma in the past anyways I hope it will be cured.

Oh that's good that you have already talk about this to someone with medical background but I think it is still much better if you consult a doctor specializing in head inuries maybe a neurologist.

Sorry for that. It tough to wake up in and find yourself not able to come out of the bed. If you had vertigo sometimes back, maybe it could be related but I could advise to seek consultation if it persists.

I think enough sleep makes person achieve the exact methodology to avoid this, but sometimes this is the reason where symptoms of fever start. I think you should love to take some proper eyes rest, you have to control your exposure over the computer or TV set or magazine/newspaper reading as well. Just relax your eyes accordingly and I'm sure you will improve your brain nad together with your eyes system to function perfectly. Diziness as I encountered was just an outcome or consequence of restless nights and days... I mean over fatigue sometimes would be the grounds for this. I am not a doctor but I think you have to choose the right activities suited for your eyes and brain and not to over worked it in your daily life routines. Take plenty of rest, sleep tight and eat healthy foods too.

I am sorry to hear about your problem, and hope I can help.My husband had this problem very often, but, besides dizziness, he also had muscle spasms and numbness in the legs and arms, especially in the morning. He started a treatment with calcium and iron, and it has worked wonders. Hope you feel better in the future!
