This is a photo of the man cutting out my kitchen window which needed frame work done on the exterior. The new window is already in place and caulked etc. I'm so glad.Home Depot replaced a window a few years ago and it took 3 hours for one window. One man did this one in 45 minutes or so. Hasve you ever had slow work done by a contractor? HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB!!~

Oh yes there are those that take their time and projects drag on forever. I also with my old house had also upgraded my windows and was so amazed that the two guys got down to business and zipped right through it. You are going to find this winter much warmer inside the home. Enjoy and blessings to you all.

On top of that, Home Depot charged a small fortune for just the one window. But there's also the fact of the city permits needed. Thanks also. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB!!~

Uh, Yeah, I have waited and still waiting over 10 years now..Remember it was my brother in law who was suppose to do our construction and there are some things not finished and of course by now he can't physically or financially fix it, so we took our loses and trying to fix it ourselves..

Only slow work I ever had done was on my cars. Usually when it was the only car we had. I bet you are going to be so proud of your new windows. Enjoy the energy savings as well.

So far so good. I had my kitchen and bathroom remodeled a long time ago...and it took a bit longer then expected but not bad. I had to go one night without a stool....so had to run up to the convience store and go! LOL....what a pain!

Hi GrandPa Bob, nice work being done to your home. Yes I have had slow work done by a contractor. The contractor that built my porch about 2 years ago was very slow. He had 2 jobs and building my porch was his 2nd job. Man he got on my nerves there for a minute. I even started helping him paint so he could speed up.

In India, the building contractors are drinking the poor people blood by stealing their hard work for less money. This is not a good thing. Have to give equal importance to work.
