The food and drug czar - FDA - is fixing to ban all dietary supplements formulated after 1994 - http://www.fda.gov/Food/GuidanceComplianceRegulatoryInformation/GuidanceDocuments/DietarySupplements/ucm257563.htm#top According to the new drafted guidelines about to become law, anything - from multivitamins, herbals products, super foods to other food supplements - that was not widely used in the US before 1994 would be banned. Let your voice be heard before it is too late. Call and/or write your representatives. Remember that the widely resented Patriot Act II and the MEHPA (which is foundation for Obamacare) became laws because you did nothing.
