nokia express music 5130,and what should i do??

i do really fed up with my handphone,nokia expressmusic 5130. i know it have a good features. but now i cant use all of that features because my handphone was in error. it turn off automaticly. really makes me mad, and it happens again again and again. when it turn off automaticly, i will turn on it, but after 5 minutes, it will off again. i have try to service it,and the service operator said that there is something wrong with the operational system, and then they try fix it, but the result is disappointed, it still in error. what i should do with this problem. my connectivity with this handphone really important, please help.
