India take on England in the one off T20 match in Eden Gardens tomorrow. England are hurting from the 5-0 drubbing in the ODI series suffered at the hands of India. But India would do well to remember that England are the no. 1 in the rankings of the T20 and are the current world champions in that format.
What are your predictions for the result of this match?
Cheers!
Ram

It should not must be 6-0 for India, but know what, it seems like just a fixed match that Indian gave a chance to England to win....But really what an shameless defeat to India, seems like England took the revenge for all the 5 matches it looseed...really really short match for these two big names in cricket world....
Have anyone seen these type of match ever before this...

hey dude ram,
don't take it personally, but betting and fixing is the real truth of today's world, don't you go to pubs and cricket bars where everytime someone is betting on some match, and fixing is not legal anywhere so it is the one of the most secret thing no one wanna talk about who knows about it...and offcourse not every match would be fixed but yes some matches are....
and I'm very upset of loosing team India like this way....and loosed several thousands too...

England have suffered demoralizing defeat in the ODI series but that is not going to make too much of a difference in the T20 match. T20 is a different ball game and it doesn't provide too many chances to make up for your mistakes. Couple of early wickets down for India will put pressure on the hyped batting line up and the following without much time to consolidate, will have to continue taking chances, which again does not guarantee a good score. Similarly for England, if the Indians start off with a flier it would be difficult for the relatively inexperienced English bowling attack to pull up things. So you never know what's on the cards. But going by the current form of the Indian batsmen and spinners and the inclusion of fresh blood in the quick bowling department, I think India has a better chance of winning. Remember though, Eden Gardens will have a packed house full of Indian support, the records of India at this venue don't speak too well.

Confidence level of Indian team is far better than England's. Further presence of Robin Uthappa as well as Yusaf Pathan are positive factors to Indian team.England has to fight to keep the No 1 ranking in T20s without their T20 captain Stuart Broad. So I think the chances are clearly in Indian's favour!

From the present scenario one can predict that team India will take the honors. English team seems to be demoralized. The way they lost the one-day series we can very well presume that they are not able to adjust to the pitches as well as the weather in India, the way Indians failed in England. The induction of new blood in batting as well as seam bowling by India will also make a difference.

In this present situations India team is looking so strong. Bating and bowling from India side is very fit with young blood. so India is the winner(sure).

It may not be easy for Englishmen to forget 5-0 drubbing handed over to them in just concluded O.D.I. series. I feel that will certainly affect their game. Again India is on high with that win they may not let the momentum shift to the opposition so early, But as you rightly pointed out, they should not forget that each match is a different ball game and the fortunes change hands so often.
