Can Google+ overshadow Facebook?

Google has launched a new social networking website and critics says that they has worked hard on it and has all the ingredients to outsmart Facebook. I had created a account on Google+ but found it very complicated to set up and integrate and i quit after this. Had anyone tried Google+ yet and found it to be complicated or rather easy?

I tried G+ and I found it to be ridiculously hard compared to Facebook. I know it's supposed to be the latest thing, but separating everything into circles is plain out ridiculous and the home screen isn't intuitive.
Facebook, even with the recent changes lets you find out what your friends are saying, follow new posts and it's all pretty easy to navigate. It took me a while to figure out what streams where for on G+ and even then, it doesn't always show everything you want it to.
I think it's going to take G+ a long time to come anywhere close to where Facebook are right now and until they make it easier to figure out, I'm staying with Facebook rather than switching over to G+.
