you are right. have your enemy as a friend, get him comfort and more trust toward you, and after that you have to knew every things about his thinking, power, planning and other things get easy to conquer him.

No, I think that it doesn't apply to all people. Enemies are usually those you compete with and you want to defeat, usually for survival.

If he or she is my enemy who had done me so much wrong, I only befriend her/him if he or she apologizes first. Being friend to someone who hurt you would be sort of faking what you truly feel towards him or her, unless you are a very soft-hearted person.
