Think I am done with UPGRADES. This makes no sense at all to me. I upgraded

on a site and got 30 free referrals. Wow I thought. Now the money will be rolling in. Well guess what? The ad count went way down. I was making more with no referrals. Ok just one site so I upgraded on another site with promises of more ads. Guess what? Same amount of ads but perhaps some free advertising with the upgrade. Well its time I go back to the free member status and stop chasing rainbows. Has this ever happened to any of you or did you even notice?

There are some websites where you can upgrade for free after a while ( you earn points like on Neobux and you can use those points to buy an upgrade) so i will probably upgrade on those websites for free but i won`t pay for upgrade unless i earn 3-4 times as much as i have to pay for upgrade from them

Thanks for the points tip, both of you. I also belong to a site where you earn points and cash but the points get converted to cash at the end of the month. You cant use them for anything else.

I don't think most sites would offer upgrades if they didn't think they could make a profit from them so you have to be careful about buying them. What I personally look for are lifetime upgrades, especially ones with free referrals. Matrixmails is the best I've found...I should earn a profit on my upgrade in just my second year after upgrading my membership.

I upgraded at two sites. One was Matrixmails and the other was Wordlinx. Both the upgrades were earning me profit.
At Wordlinx, I earned $18+ within the upgrade period of one year. But, almost near the end of the upgrade my daily earnings were way less. So, after the upgrade period ended I went back as standard.
And, since I'm lifetime upgrade at Matrixmails, I'm continuing with them. I never think of upgrading anymore. It's obvious either free referrals or direct referrals, they go inactive very soon. So, investing our money in a site is likely to bind us and going to make it boring very soon.

That is how it used to be with clixsense. You earned your upgrade price back within months so that was worth it to me. It seems most sites are using the upgrades to "fund" the sites and pay members. Whats the point? I totally agree with you.

I know there is a pay game site which will ask you to upgrade your membership, so you will be payed when you played a game after you have updated your account. I haven't tried it but I will look to find if we were really payed after all.

I definitely dont like sites that only pay WITH upgrades. Thats not fair at all. If you did the work, or played the game, you should be paid regardless right? Good luck with your site. Hope you get paid what you are due.
