I was planning to cook a lasagna, but unfortunately we dont have a oven to cook for it,
i was searching the recipe for a non baked lasagna, but i did not see any of it in the net.
Is anyone of you has a recipe or know how to cook a non-baked lasagna, or no need to baked for a lasagna. Can you please share with me, i was planning to cook this coming weekend to my family.
Thanks in advance is some of you will share your recipe.

i never try it yet but i thing it will be effective. cover the tray of lasagna with the use of aluminum foil then try to put in a steamer. I think oven is just used to melt the inner cheese of lasagna so i think steamer can help. If you have micro wave you can also use it.. My professor use micro wave to cook lasagna.. I hope my suggestion can help you.

I have heard you can do it a crockpot. I think you have to spray it first with non-stick spray then layer it in as you would in a lasagna pan.

Crockpot is a slow cooking method, right? Using crockpot in a lasagna i need to wait for about or almost 4 hrs before i can see the result or before i can cook my lasagna.
But thanks in your suggestion, i will try your non-stick spray..

you can cute the lasagna noodles to serving size after cooking maybe around 4"x4"
then stack your lasagna noodles, meat sauce, bechamel sauce, and top it with your noodles again just repeat the process until it reaches your desired height then
you can use a kitchen torch to melt the cheese on top.
