Hi guys! I guess fro a lot of people its time to celebrate Halloween. Well, in my opinion,it not a good thing to celebrate with its because Halloween is all about the bad spirits, demonic creatures, witchcraft and other demonic things. It is glorifying Satan's forces.Do you think God will be happy and glorified with this celebrating demonic things?I know that some may really enjoy Halloween but for me it is not good.Well, what do you think?

Well, I don't think a fiction being will be mad because of, as you think, celebrating another fiction being.
Halloween is a tradition in some countries, and it's not in some others. It's not a tradition in my country, so I'm not celebrating it, but in anglosaxon countries I think it's cute that kids will have the opportunity to get dressed in a scary costume and get candy. I'm sure they're looking forward to it

I love celebrating both Halloween and the spiritual festival of Samhain.
on the one hand, it's great fun to get dressed up, cook and roast and bake, and decorate the house, and carve pumpkins, and go trick or treating, and hand out goodie bags to anyone brave enough to approach the house.
on the other hand, it's a deeply spiritual festival, where I can honour the spirits of my ancestors, remember those that have passed, and show my respect to the end of the harvests that will sustain us through winter. even though we are no longer so reliant on seasons, it doesn't hurt to respect that this is a time when nature will be heading into retreat, and be grateful for all we have received over summer and autumn, and show greater respect to that which will sustain us through the winter.
for me it is one of the most spiritual times of the year. I honour my ancestors. I honour their blood that flows in my veins. and I look ahead to the coming year, and how by living a good life, I can honour them further. so that my life is a worthy vessel for all they have passed down to me.

Well I know that Halloween is supposed to be a bad thing for some but I believe its a fun time that kids and adults get to dress up and get or give out candy. I dont look at it as a satan celebration but another fun holiday that kids always enjoy and even grown ups do too. Its an excuse to have a party, dress up, act crazy and eat alot of junk food. I totally take away the bad thoughts and make it a BLAST. I have always dressed up as a kid and now I dress up with my 2 boys. Its actually one of my favorite times with my kids. Some look at it different and I just think its what you make of it. If you think of it negative with devilish spirits then thats what it may be for you but we all are entitled to our own opinions of it.

The holiday has become about joy for children and having fun.If you read the bible you'll see that satan and his demons dont't look like monsters at all but just like men.
All the creatures you see are man-made imaginations. If it were about satan of course Christians wouldn't observe it.

So why does the catholic church celebrate All Hallows, All Saints and All Souls days?
The one thing that you can guarantee is that you wont see any "bad spirits, demonic creatures, witchcraft and other demonic things" in the next few days!
Unless you mean moonshine whiskey, computer games and priests wearing skirts.

In my opinion, God is a laid back guy. I know people like to think he's some damning dude whose strict and orders us around...But I don't think that's true. I think God realizes it's a holiday to have fun and just go out and eat some good food, see some good friends, and have an overall good time. I'm also pretty sure that Halloween is based on Hallow's Eve when the spirits can cross over for one night...That doesn't mean they're demonic or evil spirits. Not every spirit is evil ya know.
