Arsenal beat Chelsea 5-3 in a thrilling match at the Stamford Bridge. This result puts Chelsea's title aspirations in doubt, but re-ignites outside chance for Arsenal. The hero of the match for Arsenal was once again Robin Van Persie with a great hat-trick. But both sides played as if there was no defense at all!!
It was a thrilling match and thrilling result for Arsenal.
Cheers!

I start having some thoughts about the fairness of the English Premier League. There are so many strange results nowadays, it is a bit like in Romania. I haven't seen any of the games which ended with strange results this season, but it starts getting a bit too odd for me.
Maybe it is only my mind, and because I am accustomed that in Romania there are suspicions about the most of the games, I am just saying that it seems strange how the close range encounters end in games with many goals and a high difference.

I think the reason is this season, the overall quality of defensive players have gone down. All big clubs have now very good offensive setup, but the defenders are either ageing or are not good enough. In today's match, John Terry's mistake and his pairing with Ivanovic in the center of Chelsea defense was really poor. On the other end, Mertesacker and Andre Santos were really poor for Arsenal for the two goals of the three they conceded!!
Cheers!

I see. Maybe that is the reason for why the games end with so many goals.
But you can also understand me for having this thoughts, because you can admit that nobody would have expected this results, the 8-2 from United-Arsenal, the 1-6 from United-City and the 3-5 from today.

Well great chance for Arsenal to step up and regain its spot for champions league and traditionally known "big four".I guess it wasn't one man army as many told it.
I loved the performance of Ramsey and RVP.I guess Ramsey will occupy cesc's spot in midfield.
Well chelsea looked a bit shaky in defence.Mainly with AVB as Boss they loved to play attacking football but it reminds they could get caught defensively especially like arsenal's attacking options.

What a match! When Chelsea was leading 2-1 at half-time, my thinking was "not another away defeat". What a turn around in the second half. But it was still nail-biting especially Mata equalized with that brilliant goal. But Terry's slip and a great counter-attacking goals means the the Gunners finally break their away hoodoo. The match once again prove Van Persie value to Arsenal. Every Arsenal fans would dread it if the Dutchman refused to sign a new contract. Regarding the defense, we will leave it for another day.

It was what I had predicted before the match. It was a question of who scores more goals rather than anything to do with defence. I think this win would do a great way for Arsenal to building their confidence. What was good to see was the Terry slip!! I enjoyed the moment.
Cheers!

wow, it's really impressive played by the young gunners. they had shown great performance, I think one of their best this season.. They were playing with high motivation and make the ball flowing from one side to another..I again take note on the briliant played by Van persie who score hattrick and sealed winning with his two last goals..John terry mistaken has point him as hero to zero after he scored Chelsea second goal, he made blunder and the ball stolen by Van persie..
I have observed Czek seems not that serious on last minutes of the game..
Maybe he just upset with Chelsea defenders who never marking Van persie properly..
I think Chelsea must recruit new and young defenders since the current ones has too old for playing with team like Arsenal..

I think this match was highlighted by great offense and really poor defense. I think Mertesacker and Andre Santos were poor to concede two of the three goals for Chelsea. Similarly, the Chelsea defense was at least at mistake for 3 of the 5 goals that Arsenal scored.
Cheers!
