I know that in the winter time and in the summer time there are certain foods that are better to eat. Like in the winter, I love eating a variet of soups, in the summer I eat more salads. I also tend to eat more oatmeal and other hot cereals in the winter. What are some things you eat more of in the winter? Joy

I like to make more heart-warming, comforting dishes during winter such as soups and stews or casseroles... Also more heavier foods are good during winter. In the summer I like to make salads and lighter dishes, due to the hot weather. Something I like to eat during either winter or summer is pasta :)

Yes, I think even cooking the foods is great during winter. since normally its much colder than and who wants to heat things up in the heat of summer . Sounds like you have a scrumptious menu during the winter. Pasta sounds super yummy.

In Winter, I like warmer foods. I love soups, crams, casseroles, legumes and stews. I usually don´t eat cereals at breakfast, so that doesn´t change much. I usually eat bread (the french kind) and butter with jam or avocado paste. Sometimes I will have a sandwich of ham and cheese. But that can be any time during the year.

In the winter I make chili and vegetable beef soup often. We also like to have a mild curry with rice. I also tend to do a little more baking in the winter than I do in the summer.

Hi little franciscan: In winter I love hot drinks, specially chocolate before going to bed. It makes me feel warm and the taste of the chocolate it's just delicious. In winter, drinking hot chocolate is a great experience actually. ALVARO

In the winter time,we as far as possible take more beef and mutton, because they are warm nature and have the effect on warming middle(stomach)to dissipate cold, according to Traditional Chinese Medicine whose way to keep in good health differs from season to season.
