I made this discussion in order to see what your opinion is. This weekend I have spent 30 $ dollars in a local casino. It just came like a lightning. I was so miserable and depressed but I taught to myself, oh that's only 30 $ I wont get sick for such a lost. I got up and said to myself that I will never again go in casino. If you have some experience feel free to share it. How much have you lost !? Do you want to play or things like that. Have a nice day.

I like to go to the local casino sometimes, maybe even too often. I know it isn't a good thing but if you don't do it too often it isn't so bad. My problem is I spend a lot more than $30 when I lose. I went on Wed because I was bored and I spent $100. Then I went again last night and I spent another $80. Crazy I know, but when I win it's fun. A couple weeks ago I won $400 and never went back again till Wed.
I probably won't go again till after christmas because I need to save up money to go home for christmas. I need a couple hundred dollars to go home, it's a 14 hour drive so between gas and then money I need there. I am earning about $100 a month online so it is easy for me to save it again. Plus I'm self employed offline and make a pretty good living so it didn't really hurt me, financially, just not fun to loose it.
Cheers and Happy Mylotting my friend,
Chris

I live in Canada and here we have a lot of survey companies that are legit and I do surveys for them online. I am earning about $100 a month doing them. I am saving my online earnings for my christmas trip to see my family and then in April I am driving to Las Vegas so I am saving for that trip too.

If you gamble to win money it is a bad thing and most likely it won`t bring you any money.I think under 2% of people gambling on a casino are making more money than they spend.Remember casinos have huge taxes and they still make huge profits.
If you are a billionaire and you want to have some fun then you can go there from time to time and play blackjack or roulette.

For me that game is not good so be change so that if Jehovah God rule in this earth no gambling would allowed in this system of things.

I am talking about having fun or making money, you talk about God, now that is odd. I don't want to be rude but you should go check if there is something with you ! I agree with people believing in God but if you connect everything with God you are wrong man.

I have never been to any casino and gambling was not actually my thing
$30 is already lost, so don't whine about it. The good part of it was you enjoyed it when you're there playing. Bad part was you never win any
If you decide to play next time, coz I heard it's kinda addicting for some people too once you started playing..... then I am wishing you goodluck

I never go to casino before, but based on my relatives that has gone there its not a place for making money. It is a place to have fun and spending money, so if you wish for making money there then you'll be likely dissapointed after that. So in my opinion we better avoid that place, except if you want just to have fun and also has some money to spend.

The word "play" says it all. You donĀ“t go to a casino to earn money, but to risk it when odds are against you. Gambling is a game where, only if you have lots of luck, you might win.
My husband taught me never to gamble more money than what I could lose with no pain. So I gamble the amount of money I would spend on dining out. If I like to gamble once in a while, I can make a sadwich before going to the casino and skip a diner.

I experienced playing in the Casino of Hyatt Hotel Manila once. The $50 quickly became $600 in just a few hours. Me and my companion immediately decided it's time to go home with the money. But unfortunately, it was raining real hard when we are about to look for a taxi, so went back inside and played again. We ended up losing all the money and even pawning our cellphones so we can have some bucks to pay for a taxi going home. It was a very confusing situation, I spent all night thinking what went wrong, what should be avoided, and what to do next time. I even thought of going back there and playing again with more discipline, but later, I realized, the best discipline I can have is, avoid going there and just focus on working out my business.

Gambling is not a good thing. You are throwing away at times your hard earned cash for what, a few minutes of fun and the chance to earn a little more. I would suggest rather investing and using your money in a positive way.

Casino is not just about money all the time. It is fun, so never try your money if your are dreaming to make some money there. People go there to spend time, enjoy and get in mood with the money.
You should not say that you will not visit casino again because you lost all your money there. No matter, you might have won too, it is just abut luck and mind.

Gambling is tricky...the basic rule is never play with money you can't afford to lose. Also you must be very, very self disciplined to play. I set an amount I am willing to lose and when it's gone I stop.
The overall odds are against you and so the chances are you will lose, not win. Knowing all this if you look at gambling as an entertsinment..like spending money on a movie, or expensive dinner, then I say it's ok to take a chance. Sometimes you can be lucky.
However, if you are really upset every time when losing money in gambling, I say maybe you should not gamble. One has to be realistic and know some you win, some you lose, Good luck whatever you do

I don't think it's worth playing casino in my OPINION. but everyone has a different opinion. The reason why i don't think playing casino is worth it because chances are you most likely are wasting your money and not getting anything in return. Out of all the people in the casino small chances of you winning big money may be pretty small.

Hello. Honestly I would like to try to play in a casino sometime, just for fun. But I am aware that casinos have ruined the lives of many people.
My girlfriend once went in a casino with her friends. They exchanged their one hundred pesos (2 dollars) to tokens. Each peso is equivalent to one token so they have a total of one hundred tokens. They played the slot machines which requires one token for one spin. They have only played for not more than ten minutes and they have consumed all their tokens without winning anything. So that's one hundred pesos down the drain.
The feeling of defeat angers them so they exchanged another one hundred pesos for tokens. Again after no more than ten minutes their money is gone.
After that they dragged themselves out of the casino. They know that if they stay there longer, they would be tempted to exchange more money for tokens.
Gambling can be awesome at first. I know the feeling of excitement. But when you realize that you are wasting more and more money and your debts have piled up that's when reality hits you back. I have heard a lot of stories of successful people who gambled all their money only to end up losing.
Gambling is addictive. Once you've started it's hard for you to stop. So as much as possible do not even give it a try.
