I hate have cough and I hate having my nose clogged, and Few months ago I hate losing my appendix from an operation,Having diarrhea is terrible and disgusting,Having itchy skin is annoying,I also hate having a tootheache, head ache and Belly ache,How I wish I have the perfect immunity system,an immunity system that wont be defeated by any ailments. Life would have been awesome without diseases, viruses and other minor shenanigans that is annoying.

Hi captain
Any illness that we have at the moment, seems larger and unbearable than the ones we already had...
But I agree that Life would have been awesome without any diseases but then wouldnt have millions(the Pharma and allied Indusrty) gone unemployed

Yeah getting sick can be annoying but I think it is also good. It reminds you that you have to take good care of yourself. It makes you appreciate your health more when you get better. Just like how you rejoice at seeing the sun again after long days of rain.

Well, it's a part of life so all we can do is live healthy, have a healthy diet, exercise, take vitamins so that we don't get sick a lot.

Having diarrhea, and having to go to work is the worst thing ever.
This is going to sound weird, but I haven't had a cold or a bad sore throat in 3 years. I read somewhere that because I have a strong immunity system, doesn't mean I don't get sick, is just that my body is too strong to notice it. In other words, I can get a cold without noticing.

You should try for your cold an old traditional tehnique used on my place. Take a cooker, boil some water in it and make some tea, doesn' really matter what kind of tea, but if you can buy some rose of Sharon tea. Put the cooker on your table, take a towel, and carefully, put your face above the cooker with the towel over your head, It is important for it to cover the space where the steam out. Breathe in and out deeply several times until tea gets cold. However, before this, is relevant, for you to make several attempts before you cover up, untill you feel you can handle the heat. This also cure the face skin and makes it extremely fine. However, is used only during the cold, because used too often destroys the skin. As for you imunity, there a herbal medicine also found in in pharmacies called spirulina. This one has a good effect on immunity.Once again breathe in and out deeply. I hope you'll make a swift and speedy recovery.
