The season for scarves is just about here and the season for gift giving is right around the corner I am about to start selling the scarves I make but I am not exactly sure how to sell them. I know about how much I would like to earn from them but I do not know of good places I could put them on online where they would sell. As far as selling them locally I think it might be a little harder to do so this year because I have sold many to the people around me. If you have any tips on ways to sell my scarves I would gladly appreciate the advice!

About starting online, you can start with facebook. I know many people who are doing this, opening an account at facebook to sell their stuff.
Next ask those around you that you would like them to help you spread the word. Since they have already bought them, maybe also ask them to leave their opinion of your scarves on your facebook account.
Facebook is viral. If your friend says something of your scarf, her friend might see it and may want to buy one.

The scarves look gorgeous, SydneyJ. I have no idea where teh best place to sell your scarves would be. Do you have a Facebook account? Some of my friends sell items on Facebook. Some promote their cakes and scarves to their friends on Facebook and they are earning quite a bot from there. This is just a suggestion.
Alternatively you can promote them on your own website, but this will take some time to gather traffic and attract the right people who need your scarves.

In my opinion E-bay is always the easiest place to sell anything. I have sold many things on ebay and even things I were sure would not sell sold with ease. The key to selling successfully is setting the right price. Also do not forget to set realistic shipping and handling charges you do not want to spend all of your earnings shipping your items.
