How do you guys spend your spare time?

As I was sitting in front of my laptop and typing the words, it suddenly occured to me that I didn't go out for days! I am still in college and I didn't have much time to go out. If I have classes I would stay in school and switch from classrooms. At weekends, life would be much easier and I can spend sometime with myself. But I am too tired to go out or study for extra hours. All I want to do is stay in my dorm and sleep or have some entertainments. Sometimes I would go shopping with my friends. But I think I should have more ways to make my spare time more colorful. It's kind of dull to just stay in the dorm or go to the library. Maybe I should find more ways to spend my spare time. What suggestions do you guys have for me?

Spare time, wish I had more than that. Seriously, when I have a few spare moments, I spend my time sitting back, really enjoying music. Sometimes I kick back and read a nice book. When things are nice outdoors, I tend to go outside and take a walk outside. I write when I can as well, but it really depends on what one would assume as being free time. I have a lot of strict standards of what I would really consider to be free time. So yeah, it is rather important to keep my mind busy. Even if those lazy moments, I really am going to try my best to keep my mind stimulated. To keep the thoughts rather running through my mind. There are just a lot of times where it is just going to lead me to have a smile or two on my mind. So yeah, reading, listening to music, writing, walking, watching videos on youTube, but there are just some of the things I do in my free time.

Yep, I also agree that it's important to keep my mind busy. Even if I am doing nothing, keeping an active mind would always help me think different and make the right choice. But I do miss spare time. Sometimes I taking so many activities that I don't even have some time to rest. I prefer slower life^_^

During my spare time? I use my computer. I love going online instead of going out. The time runs fast when I am online than outside. But I still make sure to go out once in a while. I sometimes go out to have a cup of coffee or if I don't want to cook, then I will just eat outside. I am not the type for person that will go out for an outing or some out of town trips. But I wanted to try it sometimes.

Good day. I actually don't go out often neither. Because I have spent so much time on studying and all kinds of activities. Life's busy already so in spare time, I would rather stay in dorm or my own bedroom. Surfing the net is a good way to know the outside without going out. But I do need to go out some time to meet my friends or for an outing.

I like to do a lot of different things in my spare time. I love to explore my local area and visit some of the places where I have never been. My friends and I like to do that together and we usually have a lot of fun exploring our area. I like to spend time outside, when it isn't too cold and I like to take pictures of some of the places that I visit. When it is cold outside I prefer to stay inside the house and read, draw, paint, make my own cards or surf on the internet.

Wow, you do have a lot of hobbies and choices in your spare time. Sometimes when I am used to one thing then I wouldn't make any change. But as time goes on I would feel life a little bit dull if I am doing the same over and over again. I should learn to make some change in my life and try new things. Even a tiny change would make life so different.

Yep, living in big city really brings much pressure. Apart from studying, I am acutually taking part in many activities. So life in college isn't easy at all. I actually enjoy going to different classes and staying a peaceful afternoon in the library. But that kind life seems far away from me. I guess I have to cut down the time I spend on activities. I need spare time to rest.

In fact,it becomes a social phenomenon.Just like the new word "zhai man or zhai woman" . Indeed, now many people always feel no interest to do some significant thing except for their routine job. Then how do we spend our spare time significantly?AS a college students, you may take part in varies of corporations in school.During the process, you can communicate with our schoolmates and exprss our own opinion. Internet is the product of social development, but to some degree it must be responsible for the "zhai".Therefore, we must only use the internet as a tool, but refuse to be controlled by it.

Good day, friend. Actually, I do take part in vaires of corporations. I am only afraid that there's too much. So I always feel that there's not much time for me to spend on study and leisure time. Even if I had some time to rest, I would feel too tired to go out. Sometimes I would doubt if it's worth it. I am acutally wasting time doing things that can hardly do good to me. So it's time to make a change. I should learn to make the right choice.

Yeah, I think watching movies with roomates is really an unfortettable memory in college, especially for girls. I like movies too. It's a good way to know different lifestyles, culture, etc. Thanks for your response.

good day aquacan, whenever i have spare times, i do think a lot of ways on how to earn more money. as i dont want to waste the time just like that. as i need to earn that much to meet my expenses. aside from that, i am focusing more on my photography, as i really really love to take pictures especially that one i am submitting into challenges. again, another way on how to earn. thus, i dont want to spend the day just like i never done anything. as every day for me is a precious one. have fun.

Good day, friend. Using the spare time to do a job would be a nice choice. I also have a lot of friends who choose to do that. I agree with you that any minute shouldn't be wasted. As doing a job could help relieve the financial burden as well as make good use of spare time, it's not a bad choice.

Usually I wouldn't have much time after finish my courses in the daytime. Sometimes I even have to attend classes at night. So surfing the Internet would be the routine. It really is a good way to know what is happening outside and communicate with your friends. To tell the truth, I don't hang out with my friend often but that's really a good way to relax ourselves and establish firm friendship.

Hello Here are my suggestions to spend your spare time: bowling, art exhibitions, volunteering, reading, arts and crafts, card and board games. I hope these are helpful!

Really good suggestions. I haven't been to an exhibitions or a museum for a long time. Sometimes after finishing my courses in daytime, I am quite tired and don't want to do anything. Maybe I should learn to be a good time manager and set some time aside to build up my own hobbies.
