Persistence

Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not, nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and Determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan "Press On" has solved and always will solve the problem of the human race.

your post is really true... but it is pretty hard to be persistent. It takes up too much pride and perseverance sometimes.
I remember my grand father, my daddy always told me stories about how my grandfather was with business. He would do everything he thought would generate him a handsome income. and with persistence, he was able to come up with a livestock business which he was able to leave to his children. every one really has to learn to press on
