run time error had occured just a while age (india 6.25pm, oct 31 2011)

just a while ago, from 6.10 to 6.20pm run time error had occur in India region. I was confused. And i thought that it will take long time to recover. But it has recovered within few minutes. Have you ever experienced this?

i had also experience it a while ago but doesnt panic since I trust Mylot and it will get back soon. Now it is running as usual again. =)
