Of course I´m vain. I like to look my best wherever I go and according to each circumstance. Now that I´m on chemo, my hair fell off. I have bought the most gorgeous hat and scarves online. I have made others. I even bought a couple of bangs of different colours. I changed my eyeglasses frames so that they disguised the fact that I have no eyebrows anymore. I know this is temporary. But still...

It would be a pity not to try to look as well as we can. Besides, thaat´s good for our health too.

For me having a budget for my vain is the best that my hubby gives me. Vain for me should not exceed of 2000.00 Pesos or 40 dollar a month. I need to be presentable in anything that I can. Although I can attest how much the love of my husband for me no matter what happens on my appearance. I still want to be beautiful in his eyes only, I don't want him to find any reasons to attract to other girls. That's why I pay attention on my vain.

No I am not going to be vain. I never really cared about my looks at any time. Looks are going to to fade after all as you get older(some people much older, as people do age gracefully). However stupidity is something that is everlasting. And it is only going to be more more of a problem. That is why people who are rather vain tend to rather amuse me a lot of the time. They are just a bit blind to the fact that it really doesn't matter a lot of the time. So yeah, I am not really bothered with my looks. If I was, I think that I would be bothered a lot. Yet there are a lot of people, both man and woman, who really freak out by the slightest blemish. Not realizing that looks can only carry you to a certain point in life. Then there are going to be a lot of times where people tend to get too focused. To me, vanity is a waste. That is really all that there is to with it.

i think i am vain in my own little way. i do pamper myself monthly or twice a month. i get manicures and pedicures, massages, eyebrow threading, waxing and the likes. but i would never go beyond that such as cosmetic surgery for the sake of vanity. however, i do take slimming pills or drink slimming coffees just to maintain a body weight.
