there are so many yummy foods that we can see outside.. but how can we choose the healthy one, that are very applicable for those person who undergo for a healthy diet?

For me, I stay with foods that are not fatty. Fatty foods aggravate my blood pressure. I am not a vegetarian, but I do stay with vegetables mostly to be away from fatty foods. Another item which I am very sensitive to is coconut, any food that has coconut in it.

First you need to know what is healthy and what is not. I'm sure you know that all fatty food is bad as well as rich in sugar. Eating balance diet is very important. The best way is to eat vegetables, fruits and low in fat meats. You need to remember to eat whole grain bread, pasta and rolls. Don't forget about dairy products. You have right that healthy eating its not easy and we have to know what is best for us.

Definitely there are so many yummy foods but some of theme lacks nutrition. We can consult a nutritionist in terms we want to go a healthy diet and they will help us what food we must eat and also the dosage or the amount of every food we can eat everyday. We can also visit a gym and enroll on a personal trainer and they will help us on our diet at the same time some exercise to be physically fit.

Yeah,there are indeed so many great food that i can't resist.But just imagine if we just eat whatever we want,we would get fatter and fatter,so a healthy diet is needed,this not meant that we are caustious about anything we eat,just have a good comibination of the food and eating nutrious one.lol We would far away from doctors.

milk,all types of fruits,if you are a non vegetarian egg and fish are also healthy foods. don't use spicy food too much even though its taste is good it make stomach problems. while you are outside take curd and drink while traveling it has high content proteins.daily include curd while you are taking food it reduces stomach problems also. from internet there are many sites they will guide you to find out the healthy diet. use vegetables, leafy vegetables all are very good for health.while we are in a travel we take foods, fruits and water with us so we haven't any stomach problems. have a nice day.

Eating healthy isn't just about eating fruits and vegetables. You have to balance foods you enjoy into filling meals. Pick fruits and vegetables you enjoy. Also if you get a sweet tooth try a healthy snack. Healthy doesn't have to taste awful. I am addicted to MI DEL ginger snaps found in grocers organic snack section. Taste better than popular brand but the ingredients are organic nothing artificial. Goes to show you a healthy diet can be fun!
