So we all love our children and wouldn't want anything to happen to them. Let's just for the stories sake say something did happen. Your baby or child was suddenly taken from you by death.
If you had the option to have you child cloned. Have a new baby with the same genetic makeup as that child, start all over again. Keep in mind environment and everything else also make a person who they are. It wouldn't be the same exact child. But would you wan to do this? Or do you think that it would be wrong?
Please share your thoughts on other types of cloning also. What purposes do you think it may be okay or necessary for or do you think it's all playing with nature in a way we shouldn't?

I wouldnt clon my child , is not going to be the same, I rather keep him in my mind and in my heart the way he was. I hope God keep my kids out of danger and healthy . I dont know maybe is not wrong but , why You should bring the past to You? We live only once in this life. We are unique, can not be replaced by anybody or anything.

I don't think I would want to do this. It would be so incredibly hard to lose a child, but like you said, it wouldn't be the same. The child genetically would be the same but I think it would be impossible to create life the same so that all their experiences made them the same person.

Yes I think it would remind me more and more of the loss of my other child. Even though I had one very similar to them. Do you think it would be different if our child lost was a baby and we never got to know them?
