Green Bay Packers

My favorite team of all time is the Green Bay Packers. They have been, and always will be.I'm looking for this to be the next step in their legacy. What, you say, is that legacy? National Football League Champion, again. Of course now it is called Super Bowl Champion. Call it whatever you want to, it still means the same thing. The only team's that I see that could be standing in their way, at this time, are the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Detroit Lions. Does anybody else have any teams that they would like to put up as a contender to the Packers?

Makes sense to me. I am not a football person, but I often hear the praises of the Packers.

I still show up, just not as frequently as in days gone by. How are you doing? I intend to try a little more diligently to check in here, at least occasionally.

I really do not follow any sports, but I hear from lots of people who back the Packers. I guess I would like them better than the Steelers. I wish you a wonderful season of watching football.

Welcome back!
Firstly..let me clarify, I am a CFL'er...but do spend a good deal of time watching NFL! Being a west coaster, I would like to see a team, from this side of the world (and much smaller fan base/population)FOR ONCE, take homethe coveted Super Bowl Trophy! My favs...of course, are the Rams (L.A.) and the Mariner's (Seattle)....but of course, nary a hope in heck!!! But I'll still cheer for them!

I really dislike telling you this but, the Green Bay Packers team is located in the SMALLEST POPULATION TOWN IN ALL OF PROFESSIONAL SPORTS.

PLEASE....I NEVER mind being corrected..that is partly what I am here for...to learn. It's a good thing, and appreciate you taking your time to set me straight! But you can see where my head is at...I guess you would have to say, I am a supporter of the under-dog...BUT, my heart still allies with WEST Coast teams....altho I used to (don't know why) be a Pittsburg fan (sure doesn't fit with philosophy does it!)1 person likes this

I am a Green Bay Packer fan and have been since I was a kid! They are the world champions and are playing like they will be again! This team is better then last year and it amazes me how confident Aaron Rodgers is! He is more relaxed! It also helps he has a great recieving core like with Greg Jennings,Jermichael Finley and Jordy Nelson! If I cold I would love to see the Packers go against the Baltimore Ravens! They are,I believe,the best AFC team what now. The Ravens would probaly give the Packers a run for their money! I hope the Packers go 16 and 0 this season! The way they are palying they can!

I would dearly love to see the Packers go unbeaten for the whole season to include the playoffs and, of course, the Super Bowl. I'm really hoping for this to happen.

Oh well, I've always been a fan of the Cincinnati Bengals since I was a little girl because of the fact that my parents were both from Cincinnati and because of the fact that my father was a die-hard Bengals fan. However, I don't think that they will be a contender this year for the Super Bowl.
I do admit that I do like the Packers because of the fact that they are the only team that is not privately held.
